Settling in to the working, school, happy, fun ... life!

Hey - I just want to say that having a chance to live on our own, budget, work, go to school and try to find time together has been so fun. We hit a wall recently because we go our very first bill yesterday from the gas company, I'm not complaining, because it wasn't for very much, but it was unexpected. Also, pictures are coming of our apartment, but in the move we some how lost cords for our camera, so we're working on it. We love our apartment, it's the perfect size for us - we have all our cute stuff up, except for our pictures (we are dragging our feet on that), but all will be put together soon. We're also enjoying our cooler weather, I've put our fans into storage, now we can just open the windows and enjoy the fall breeze! We hope you're all doing well - drop us a line! Love, love!!

New Home!

Matt and I moved into our adorable little apartment last Wednesday. So far it's been a lot of unpacking, sitting right in front of one of the 4 fans we have placed around the place, and putting together our Ikea festive things!

Water bouncing!

We went boating with our awesome friends Bart, Colleen and their daughter Carly on Saturday! We had such a blast! Allie had never been on a boat and she just went for it - she never wanted to slow down and she was unstoppable on water skis, holy skis! What a beautiful day - we had blue skies and fluffy clouds and it was perfect in the water. I got up on the water skis also, and I have the broken body to prove it - it's hard to sit down. We had forgotten how much fun it was to get out on the boat!

The Photobooth!

Matt & I had a photobooth at our wedding - it was so much fun! Everyone got in, took pictures and added them to our guest book! It was a perfect addition to our awesome day! Our first large purchase!

Matt and I bought a couch yesterday at Home Again.
I'll certainly be putting up pictures - we're so excited to be getting things ready for our new apartment!
