Aquarium

Tal, Jen, Ezra, Allie and I went to the aquarium yesterday! It was so fun to see all the exhibits! Ezra was so fascinated with everything - he wanted to reach right through the glass and grab a hold of all the fish! It was so awesome to see his little face light up when the fish went zooming by - so fun! We love the aquarium!
I can't tell you how much fun we have when Tal, Jen and Ezra visit! We love spending time with them - we miss them so much when they go! We love you guys and hope to see you soon!!What type of steward are you?

Idaho Trip Pics!

As promised - camera pics from Idaho! We had such a great time! Congrats again Jess on such a wonderful accomplishment! You're so talented! We love you!

Emily Girl!

We made our way up to Rexburg on Thursday for our sister-in-law Jess' graduation from BYU Idaho. We had an amazing dinner at Stockman's - my sirloin was absolutely amazing, hands down the best stake I've ever eaten. Our dessert was huge and so yummy! We had such a fun time catching up with the fam - we then made our way to campus for commencement. Jess earned her degree in Horticulture - she took us on a tour of the beautiful gardens on campus, she helped build and take care of the many floral displays in the gardens!
We also got to see our so adorable niece, Emily! We hadn't seen her since November - she was only a month old then. Now, she's nine months, crawling all over the place, and Jess and I swear that she said "hi" to us at dinner on Thursday. It was so much fun to watch her and hear her little voice! We were so sad to leave everybody today - hopefully we'll get to see them soon! Until then, here are pics I took with my phone - the real camera photos are coming.

To Jess on Graduation Day!

Congrats Jess on your graduation! We're so thrilled and proud of you! You have worked so hard and now you can enjoy the fruits of your studies! We love you!
I've never been to such a noisy commencement - and I'll have you know that Emily was the best (and most beautiful) baby in the room! She knows when to be quiet and cheer for mommy!

Getting Into the Weight Loss Groove!

Matt and I have decided, after looking through a plethora of clothes that no longer fit, that we have to loose weight. Weight Watchers will be our method and, inspired by our good friend Amber, we're going to track our progress on our blog! So, here we go!
We've set a goal to loose 20 lbs. each by Christmas. Also, if we reach 35 lbs. each by the time Matt graduates from school in May, we're going to reward ourselves with a fun trip to Disney World! You'll start seeing less of us real soon!
I really want to look like this again!

2009 Wadsworth Reunion!

This last weekend Matt and I headed to Idaho for the Wadsworth Reunion - this year it was Luau themed! We had Hawaiian haystacks and a yummy breakfast of biscuits and gravy. We didn't win anything in the raffle (boo), but we sure had a great time! Matt went golfing multiple times - he was so excited he couldn't stand it! Check out our photo collage - remember that if you click on it you can view it larger to see more detail!
I drove down to Ogden Friday to pick up Allie and Casey - they took Front Runner from Salt Lake so they could ride up with us to give mom and dad more room. Other than getting lost in Ogden (which always seems to happen to me) we bought Matt and me a tent at Wal-mart! It's a six man, Ozark Trail tent! It's our first tent and we're thrilled about it (unfortunately we didn't get a picture of it - maybe mom did). The reunion usually lasts through Friday, Saturday and Sunday - we decided this year to head up on Friday, we hadn't been up that early in years! We were in charge of games and the country store where everyone can bring items to sell or raffle in order raise money for the reunion. Matt and I bought magnets and some yummy poppyseed bread! It was such a blast - and so sad to leave.
Thanks everyone for such a wonderful time!

Update by Phone!

Had a great time at the Wadsworth Fam reunion! Will post pictures soon - have to recover first! Have a great Monday!

New Cool Thing!

My awesome sister-in-law, Jen, made this really cute montage of her fourth of July pics - well, I thought it was so cute I had to go make some of my own! Yay Jen for finding such an awesome new picture viewing tool! On another note, we're headed to Idaho this weekend for the Wadsworth Reunion - always tons of fun! Have a great weekend everyone!

Travelers Extraordinaire!

Matt & I made a couple little videos during our travels to and from our Wyoming trip. Hope you enjoy our funny little antics - we like this kind of stuff.

Matt and the Mrs., Hacking Through the Bush!

That title is for dad - hope you had a laugh! Matt and I traveled to Wyoming this weekend to celebrate the 4th and visit Matt's family. On Friday we met Matt's brother Scott at their mom's house, from there we headed out to Robertson for our camping excursion. We cooked over the fire, fished and played poker with Oreos! We had such a great time - I got sunburnt, but it was all worth it. The weekend contained a lot of firsts for me. I had never been fishing before, and did I mention I caught 2? (Don't worry Tal and Jen, we played catch and release - plus we ate the one we couldn't save). I also go to shoot two shotguns and a .22 - I feel so tough now that I know how to load and shoot a gun! So here you go - pictures from our adventures! We lovin' the outdoors!Me with the Anderson family dog, Dollar!
